customer to view proofs only, no hard copy proofs. Proofs are the
property of the photographer and are copyrighted. Limited/restricted
permission

publish, copy,
modify or reproduce in any manner only with written permission (with
specified intent/use) and
with photo credits after 8 X 10 prints are purchased. Images remain
the property of photographer unless a fee has been negotiaged based
on intended/specified use. Example: images may not be sold to a
third party by customer. I will
prosecute
any
offenders
of my copyrights.
