Why would one want to own horses when "Diamonds Are Cheaper?"

My dear friend asked me that one day and I had to come up with an explanation, such as; "Horses are beautiful like jewelry and many might collect precious stones, but I love fine horses, and treasure them like another might treasure precious stones."

The horse quest began . . . and we have been breeding, raising and showing APHA Paint & AQHA Quarter Horses.
